Kinonode server 1.1.0 for Linux (x86_64)

The easiest way to run Kinonode is the installer, which sets it up as a
service that starts with the computer and updates with one command:

curl -fsSL https://kinonode.com/install.sh | sudo bash

To run this copy by hand instead:

1. Install ffmpeg (for example: sudo apt install ffmpeg).
2. Run ./kinonode-server
3. Open http://localhost:32600, or http://<this machine>:32600 from another
device on your network, sign in to link the server to your account, and
   add your library folders.

Run by hand, it stops when you log out. It keeps its data in ./data; set
KINONODE_DATA_DIR to keep it elsewhere. Full guide: https://kinonode.com/setup
